Getting started and applying

  • How do I get started with Ezy·it? Create an account, upload your resume, and set your preferred roles and locations. Review your profile before starting your first application. Start free.
  • Do I need to install anything? To run applications, install Ezy Agent from the Chrome Web Store in desktop Chrome. Applications run in your own browser, where you can sign in to employer sites when needed. Then check the connection in Agent.
  • Does Ezy submit my applications, or can I check them first? Ezy fills and submits your applications for you — turn on Review if you'd like to check each one before it's sent. Review is off for new accounts. With Review on, Ezy Agent fills the form and you click Submit on the employer page. When a site needs your input, Ezy Agent pauses for you to take over.
  • Which job sites and hiring platforms does Ezy Agent apply through in India? Ezy Agent applies on employers’ own career sites. Updated 11 Oct 2026: ready with Review on: Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and Pinpoint. How Ezy Agent works

  • Do I need to keep Chrome open? Only when you apply from your laptop: the Ezy·it extension fills applications in your desktop Chrome, so keep it open while a run is active. When you apply from your phone, or ask on WhatsApp, iMessage or an AI app, Ezy·it Cloud applies in a browser we run for you.
  • Can I review before submitting? Yes. Ezy fills and submits your applications for you — turn on Review if you'd like to check each one before it's sent. With Review on, you check the filled details and submit on the employer’s page yourself.
  • What if a site needs my input? Ezy pauses when a site needs you, such as for a sign-in, verification or a question requiring your answer. Check the application status and continue from there.
  • Does it really apply by itself? Yes. Ezy fills and submits your applications for you — turn on Review if you'd like to check each one before it's sent. You start a run in desktop Chrome; Ezy submits when it can confirm the required details. Keep Chrome open and return for logins, verification or questions that need you.
  • Which platforms does it work on? Use the supported employer application pages available in your workspace. Support varies by site and application form; the agent pauses when a step needs your attention.
  • Will the resume it sends look like mine? The agent rewrites and reorders only the facts from the resume you uploaded. It never invents experience, employers, dates, or credentials. Each application goes out as a clean, ATS-friendly PDF tailored to that specific job description.
  • How do credits and pack expiry work? One credit covers a unique application: validated review-ready in Review mode, or confirmed submission in Auto-submit. Paid packs last 30 days from purchase. The free pack expires 30 days after first use. Packs do not renew automatically and unused credits do not roll over.

  • Can I try Ezy·it for free? Yes. The free pack includes 20 credits with no card required. It is available once per customer and expires 30 days after first use.
  • What do the prepaid packs include? Starter: ₹499 for 150 credits. Pro: ₹999 for 400 credits. Unlimited: ₹1,999 for unlimited applications. Every pack includes the same features; packs differ only in how many applications you get. Compare packs.
  • When is a credit used? One credit is used per unique application: when submission is confirmed in Auto-submit, or when it is validated as review-ready in Review mode. Skips, failures, and unresolved handoffs do not use credits.
  • Do packs renew automatically? No. Paid packs last 30 days from purchase. There is no automatic renewal, top-up, or rollover. You choose when to purchase your next pack.

  • What is Ezy·it Cloud, and what does it keep? When you apply from your phone (or ask on WhatsApp, iMessage or an AI app), Ezy·it Cloud does the application in a browser we run for you on Amazon Web Services in Mumbai. It keeps your employer-site sign-ins in your own cloud profile until you remove Ezy Cloud in Settings or delete your account, and any screenshot of a form for 30 days.   • Is Ezy·it safe, and where is my data stored? Your data is stored on servers in Mumbai: the database and file storage on Supabase (ap-south-1), the application on Google Cloud (asia-south1). The AI providers that draft answers and tailor your resume may process parts of it outside India. Ezy Agent runs in your own Chrome with your own sign-ins, pauses whenever a site needs you, and with Review on submits nothing until you have checked it. Every company that processes your data is listed on the Data Processing Addendum.
